Where is a good place to move in Northwest Arkansas without dealing with a lot of racism?

I am in love with Northwest Arkansas. I want to move my family there but not sure if it is a safe move. I have researched "sundown towns" and racial problems there. I like the areas from Mena up to Bella Vista. Does anyone live there that can give me HONEST opinions? Just wanting opinions from natives or African- American people with true experience.
