Be arrogant with your answers to the media in press conferences after games. Your leaguewide popularity will increase faster that way and Jordan will endorse you because he is impressed with players who conduct themselves like jackasses, similar to the way Jordan always was. If you are humble and answer the media's questions with professionalism and loyalty, Jordan will not be impressed with you and it will take you longer to get endorsed.
