What should I do? Isn't this endorsing homophobia?

I can't stand behavior like this! It's disgusting that this discrimination is acceptable based on your sexuality. I'm my opinion this type of discrimination is on the same level as racism. I must admit though I don't know what you can do without possibly risking your job. Is your school community open when It comes to sexuality? Is it possible to run a campaign or protest against homophobia within the community? Usually schools are run by a higher authority petals you can file a discrimination complaint against the school, and even the parents. It's really difficult to say without knowing what kind if community you teach in.
