What does it mean when facebook says its down on one account but on the other its working fine?

I tried t login to my account and it says facebook is down for matenece but when i got on another account to test it the other account go on looked at my friends and my profile had no info except my birthday(i posted all kinds of stuff there) and there was nothing on my wall. what does this mena?
