Ugh! I cant stand the tenants downstairs in the 2 family i live in! Need advice / suggestions!?

I am not a vindictive person. but they just complain about EVERYTHING! its apt life people! they tell me to turn my TV down before 10pm AND middle of the day on a weekend, they complain that my cats play and they hear them running around DURING THE DAY! If you got a job nothing during the day would bother you! they've broken my solar lights outside on the walkway and didnt even admit it. Told me its been broken for 2 weeks, yet i just noticed it the other day when he mowed the lawn! I mean for real people! he walks his dog on my side of the driveway.. no idea why... ive seen dog poop outside... takes a second to pick it up... again, im not a vindictive person, but now I just want them to move out! are there things that are in some peoples everyday lifestyles that could annoy someone enough to move out? Otherwise, I'm moving and I dont want to. I love my apartment.... cmon theres got to be some of you out there that have some good ideas!!!
