Can you show an endorsed dog who isn't fixed?

I'm just wondering if you buy a dog who is endorsed (pups not to be registered) if you are able to show that dog without it being spayed/neutered? It would be shown in open and champ shows with breeders permission, but does the dog have to have no endorsements to be un-neutered in a show? Thanks!
