I need a good lawn mower for my side walk.?

I need a good cheap lawn mower that could cut through thick weeds and stuff that are pretty thick, maybe half inch, and about a foot to 2 long, but they're dry. I need something cheap and reliable tat could cut through all that, I've been using a weed whacker.
