How can I get out of my lease early without having to pay the remaining months rent?

There are three main safety hazards that I am concerned about in my apartment and apartment building. I have a 6 month old daughter and I fear for her safety. (1) We have roaches that were here when we moved it. Extermination does not solved the problem. Roaches carry e.coli. (2) The glass in our sliding glass door is shattered at the bottom from the lawn care crew. we believe a rock hit it. My daughter will be crawling soon and it could fall on her is she pushes on it. (3) There is a gaping hole in the floor of the building lobby where maintenance pulled up the tiles.it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. it is hollow underneath and someones foot/leg could easily fall through. Possibly even a small child or dog! Please help! I want to move but our lease it not up until Nov 30.
