How to sign for check endorsement?

Let's say my name is John Doe and I would like to endorse a check that I received as payment. The front of the check says pay to 'John Doe'. When I endorse the check for bank deposit, should I sign John Doe or should I sign according to my signature recorded with my bank? For example, my signature recorded with my bank at the time of opening my account is JnDoe in fancy, ineligible form.
